Your Nasal Douche – get it right!

The Emcur^® Nasal Douche and Emcur^® Nasal Irrigating Salt – the easy-to-use and intensive cleansing of the nose.

 

Daily nasal irrigation should be part of your everyday routine, just like brushing your teeth.

 

How to use the Nasal Douche:

	Make sure the valve is closed (horizontal position of the spout) when filling the nasal douche with lukewarm water.
	Add Emcur® Nasal Irrigating Salt and mix the solution by gently shaking until the salt is dissolved.
	Open the valve by pushing the spout upward with the nozzle attached.
	Insert the nozzle into one nostril. The Emcur® solution now flows quite easily into one nostril and runs out of the other

 

Important:

Open your mouth wide while irrigating your nose. The soft palate will then close and prevent the water from running down your throat.

The frequency of nasal irrigation can be carried out as required; 1-3 times per day is recommended.

 

Cleaning the nasal douche

After each use, rinse the Emcur^® Nasal Douche with warm water. For drying it is best to hang it upside down in the wall bracket.
