We accept credit or debit card payments by Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and JCB cards. Visa electron is not accepted if it is a swipe-only card. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order, which will be displayed in British Pounds (GBP), choose the correct postage for your area, and pay with your credit card. Your credit card provider will automatically convert the transaction to you own currency based on the exchange rate, adjusted to include their fees.
PLEASE NOTE: If you choose the wrong postage for your area, we will not be able to process your order.
If an item is temporarily out of stock it will be considered to be backordered and it will be despatched as soon as new stock is available. If one out of stock item is part of a larger order it will be listed on your invoice as “to follow”. This will avoid any further administration fees or delivery charges. If you do not want any goods to be on backorder please notify us at the time of ordering. You can then re-order the item later and pay another delivery charge

You will automatically receive a confirmation of your order if you supply us with your correct email address.
Delivery Prices and Times
We can deliver goods within the UK and to addresses world wide with very few exceptions. Please choose the appropriate delivery charge shown as you go through the checkout process - UK, EU or “all other areas” before you make your final purchase. These charges are as follows:
Delivery charges for orders under £6.00 to:
United Kingdom = £ 1.95
Delivery charges for orders over £6.00 to:
United Kingdom = £ 3.95
Delivery charges for all order sizes to other areas:
Europe (EU) = £ 5.95
All other areas = £ 7.95
Orders received by midday are normally despatched the same working day, subject to stock availability. Emcur goods are usually in stock, but we will notify you if your goods will be out of stock for more than a week.
Small orders - less than 2kg - are sent by Royal Mail, larger orders are usually sent via courier. Delivery is normally from one to three business days Monday to Friday, but please allow up to 14 days for smaller orders in case an item is temporarily out of stock, or your parcel gets temporarily misrouted in transit. If you have not received a small order within 14 days please check with your local post office to see if they are holding it for you before calling us. Royal Mail should leave you a card telling you they are holding your parcel if their first delivery attempt has failed.
Large orders need to be signed for, so please ensure that someone will be available to receive the parcel. You can give us a different delivery address, like a friend, family, neighbour or work address, if this is more convenient.
If you have not received a large parcel or a card from our courier within 3 days, then please contact us at info@wholisticresearch.com so that we can check the online tracking for any problems. If you fail to contact us, your parcel may be returned to us. Delivery will have to be charged again if your parcel has been returned because no one was available to receive it.
For deliveries to the EU and all other areas, delivery usually takes 4 to 10 business days, but please allow up to 21 days.
You will automatically receive a confirmation of your order if you supply us with your correct email address. When you receive a confirmation of order this indicates that we have received your order.

If you choose not to use our secure online ordering service you can order by telephone on 0870 7450 601 in the UK or +44 (0)870 7450 601 from overseas. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm GMT.
Damaged goods
If upon receipt of your goods you find they are damaged please notify our office immediately and retain the damaged packaging. Some couriers need notification within 24 hours for us to be able to make a claim and they may need to inspect the damage in person.
Returns Policy
To help us to process all returns as quickly and efficiently as possible please ensure that you comply with the guidelines below:
Customers have the right to a cooling off period in which they can change their minds. However customers exercising this right may only return the goods if they are returned in their original condition, i.e. UN-USED, in the original packaging with all the user information, and only if returned within a limited time.
The following goods cannot be returned for hygienic reasons:
Emcur Nasal Douche where the packaging has been opened
Emcur Nasal Sprays
- Please return the goods within 7 working days of receipt (unless otherwise agreed with Wholistic Research Company) un-used and in original packaging with manufacturers instructions.
- Please include your name, address, invoice number (or copy of invoice) and the reason you are returning the item.
- Please note that postage and packaging is not refundable other than through a Wholistic Research Company error.
Faulty goods
- If you believe your goods may be faulty please telephone us to discuss this with one of our staff members before returning the goods. We may be able to rectify the problem over the telephone, thereby saving you the trouble of repacking and returning an item unnecessarily. If we cannot resolve the problem over the telephone then we will authorise a return.
- Please include your name, address, invoice number (or copy of invoice) and the reason you believe the item is faulty.
- Please note that return postage is not refundable if the returned goods are found to not be faulty.
All orders taken on the Emcur online store are handled by a secure server, which means that all your personal information is encrypted before it is sent and then only we can read it.
